Privatklinik Bethanien
Privatklinik Bethanien is getting a facelift with the renovation of the attic of Building F to provide 12 new doctors cabinets and upgrade the roof for energy efficiency (insulation and photovoltaic installations). At the same time, the project is part of the hospital’s overall energy decarbonization program.
The new space will be linked to the rest of the building by two new elevators, in compliance with SIA 500 standards.
The premises were handed over on July 1, 2024.
Buildings B & C will be given an additional floor and will be able to offer 20 new private and semi-private rooms, as well as a connecting walkway between the two buildings to facilitate patient transfers.
The work will also enable the construction of buildings with high energy, comfort and organizational standards.
The installation of a geothermal heating and cooling solution for the rooms is also planned for these 2 buildings (to be finalized by 2030).
With the major expansion and modernization program currently underway at Privatklinik Bethanien, Infracore is keen to seize the opportunity to implement a state-of-the-art, high-performance and sustainable energy supply solution for the site.
A project to develop a centralized energy supply system based on the use of heat pumps connected to a geothermal probe field has been studied with Siemens.
Switch to renewable energies until 2030.
