The Clinique Valmont is getting a facelift with the renovation of the former staff house and the modernization of its heat production facilities. It also plans to install photovoltaic panels on the future carport.
Clinique Valmont
The clinic extension project came to life following strong demand for development from Clinique Valmont, and aims to renovate and enhance the former staff house with the creation of a new entrance and reception area for the clinic.
The new staff center will feature administrative offices, conference rooms, a staff cafeteria, new changing rooms and a pharmacy. A canopy has been added to the existing walkway, and outdoor spaces will be landscaped to provide a welcoming, modern environment.
The keys should be handed over by October 2024.
This initiative aims to modernize heat production facilities (new heat pumps), thereby reducing CO2 emissions in line with the cantonal objectives of the Direction de l’Energie de l’Etat de Vaud (DIREN). Infracore is committed to guaranteeing the efficiency of the installations, increasing the share of renewable energy, and ensuring the redundancy of the systems with a diversification of energy sources.
The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic panels on the future carport (24 spaces) for 100% self-consumption, reinforcing Infracore’s commitment to renewable energies.
The project is scheduled to start at the end of 2024, with installation of the new heat pump at the end of winter (2025).
